Rich and intense dark chocolate. Not too sweet, not too bitter. We've had people who don't like chocolate LOVE our chocolate.
We use whole hazelnuts which we grind into our own hazelnut butter. An unforgettable hazelnut experience.
Made from raw organic Santa Barbara pistachios, this is unlike any other pistachio gelato you will find. No added colors or flavors, just REAL pistachio.
Traditional Italian "Crema" made with fresh Organic milk, cream and eggs, and of course whole grade A vanilla beans. Incredibly silky smooth.
We brew our coffee fresh for every batch. No syrups, powders or pastes. Real Italian coffee, bold and intense.
This combination is not only a classic, it's an act of genius! Whoever put these two together made a masterpiece, and our interpretation of it is true to tradition, but made from our own hazelnut butter. Way better than nutella, and ours is ALL NATURAL (and vegan). Add whole hazelnut pieces and you get the flavor "Bacio" (kiss).
Homemade caramel, salted just right, and silky smooth.
"Stracciatella" is named after a famous Roman "minestra" (soup) dish where an egg gets added and "rips" in the minestra. "Stracciare" means "to rip", so as per tradition, we don't add chocolate chips, rather we add melted chocolate, which when it touches cold gelato.. it rips into flakes and chunks.

A classic, a favorite, a must! We squeeze every lemon fresh and you can taste it in every bite (or lick).
Fruity, sweet (but not too much) and luckily in California we have this fresh flavor for 8-9 months out of the year.
Such a great mix of fresh, tart, sweat, wild, and a perfect flavor to pair with chocolate.
Our pineapple flavor stands out. Not only is it intensely tropical, it's also incredibly refreshing.
We select specific varieties of Mango to make sure this tropical flavor bomb is just as incredible as nature made it out to be.
Raspberry is an amazing fruit, it looks like a plain berry but has such a wonderful tart yet unique flavor that comes out beautifully in gelato. A summer favorite for sure!
We are so fortunate to have such amazing Limes in California....and yes, WE SQUEEZE every one! This flavor is incredible, a perfect balance between sweet, sour and tart.
Blood Orange is a seasonal gift. We don't get it for too long, but we're lucky enough to have great fruit. If you want something delicate and unique, our Arancia Rossa is a MUST TRY.

Italian Style Slushy (rotated seasonally)
A Sicilian classic. We use raw Californian Almonds from a small family farm. Almonds are typically light in flavor, but these are intense and aromatic. This granita di mandorla stays true to it's tradition.
Freshly brewed, strong and bold like Italian espresso should be. Our granita al caffe' is refreshing and awakening at the same time.
Another Italian tradition is Granita al Limone. Our version gives a whole new meaning to "refreshing". Anytime the temperature outside reads above 65f you should have one of these in your hand.
Our granita di fragola is incredibly fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and sourced locally. It's Tondi's favorite granita.

Ciao! My name is James (my mother nicknamed me Tondi) I grew up both in Santa Barbara and Italy, where I learned the science, art, and culture of gelato. The gelato I make is the result of my love for nature, food and people.
We offer many dairy free and vegan flavors that are the smoothest and "creamiest" you will find. We do this all naturally with our own recipes, which allows us to create nearly any flavor. We do all the classics, in addition to countless custom flavors.
The word "artisanal" is thrown around loosely nowadays. However, we produce gelato strictly by traditional artisanal methods. This means we don't use any third party bases, flavors, pastes, powders or syrups. We make everything ENTIRELY from scratch. We squeeze every lime, grind every pistachio, cut every pineapple, and you can TASTE IT!

Reactions such as "i'm so excited!!", "woooow", "ah-mazing", and "oh my god.." are a common occurrence. Best of all everyone actually eats gelato because they can (dairy free, vegan, almost always gluten free).
